Two weeks!

Diet soda free for two weeks now. I'm pretty pumped about that. 

Now it's time to start chipping away on eating better. 

If I can do that I'd like to start trying to workout 2 or 3 times per week. 

Life is busy so it's not going to be easy but I think it can be done. 

Gonna try to do a meatless Monday to get plenty of fruits and veggies in my body today and eat a little cleaner this week. 

Remember make today great. Don't sit back and wait for good things to happen. Have a positive attitude and work hard.
