Since I wrote last (over 2 months ago) I started a second job at Outback and have been VERY busy.
I've worked an average of 5 nights a week since I've started, I planned on working 3 or 4 nights but the money has been very good and I've gotten a great start in one of my goals for the year which was paying down some debt.
I'm cutting it back to 3 or 4 nights a week now and should have most Saturday's off unless I pick up. That'll give me a full day off from both jobs.
I worked the MS Challenge Walk event in Charleston and that had its ups and downs.
The downs are for a different time and place and had nothing to do with the event itself.
The Greater Carolinas office staff worked so hard to ensure things were awesome. The volunteers were amazing and the walkers were the stars of the show. Walking 50 miles in 3 days is great. Even more amazing is that each walker raised over $1500 to do this walk. I got to cheer everyone in on day one and most people in on day 2 and 3 as I was part of the start / finish crew. They days were crazy long but it was a good experience.
The bad news is that I haven't worked out much, like hardly at all. I've also not done as well with nutrition. I lost a few more pounds after first starting but now I'm up again. I am back on track hopefully.
I got on my trainer for 30 minutes before class tonight and am planning on working out even if its only from 20 or 30 minutes at night after work in the apartment gym.
I'm so happy to see some warmer temps and I've been able to play a few rounds of golf in the past few weeks.
I hope that my next update will show some progress in the right directions weight wise since I've gotten a good start on improving the golf game and the debt.
